Working with Gedling Borough Council we now offer quieter hours at some family play events. These have included: Alternative Halloween, Oct 2010, Christmas event, November 2010, Chinese New Year event February 2011.
This has enabled families with children and young people with additional needs to take part in what can be very busy and rather noisy events.
Parent Partnership events have been October 2010 and March 2011
Special school workshops and Debz4Coffee events held throughtthe out the year
We are often limited by available space/venues and funding.
We welcome comments and suggestions on how to make events more inclusive.
We have applied for funding for 2012/13 to operate an equipment loan sevice for local families and provide additional play activities for families. .
We would welcome suggestions and feedback from children, young people and families on ways we can develop our services or provide support to enable access to service. contact us
